Good news! The Portuguese people has voted for a more liberal abortion law that permits abortion until the 10th week of pregnancy and not only if the pregnancy threatens the life of the mother, the foetus/child is very sick or if the child was concieved because of a rape! Only 44 % of the people entitled to vote actually voted. That means that the results of the election isn't binding but the president promise to make sure that the new law is passed in the parliment!
