Bad Swedish

When writing an application for a job, it is important to make a good and correct impression, right? What about the ads themselves? Shouldn't they be correct too?

"Engelska och Svenska är ett krav."
="English and Swedish is a requierement."

Ok... You have to know Swedish. Swedish in Swedish is NOT written with a capital letter )svenska), that is English writing rule!

"Tjänsten är på halvtid och startar upp på morgonen..."
= "It is a half-time employment and start up in the morning..."

Start UPP??? What is going up? Doesn't "start" mean to start? Bad Swedish!

So I wonder, is it only necessary that the new employee is good at Swedish and not the rest of the people in the company? ;-)
