No matter if she is raped, experienced incest or if her life is in danger at the age of 10, no legal abortion is available for her in Nicaragua. Not do only the girls and women face prison if they have an abortion, so will any doctor who helps her get one or treat her for any disease that might endanger the fetus, eg. cancer or malaria treatment.
